Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in the quality of our skincare and cosmetics. Due to the personal care nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we enforce a strict return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns and offer refunds under the following three conditions:

Damaged Item: The product arrived broken or leaking.

Expired Item: The product is past its expiry date upon delivery.

Wrong Order: You received an item different from what you ordered.

⚠️ Important: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or general dissatisfaction with a product after it has been opened or used.

The 3-Day Return Window

You must contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your parcel to claim a return or refund. Any requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be entertained.

To process your request, you must provide:

Your Order Number.

Clear photographic or video proof showing     the damage, expiry date, or incorrect item.

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved via WhatsApp, you will be provided with a specific return shipping address.

Shipping Charges: The customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping fees to send the item back to our designated address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed.

Timeline: The refund amount will be transferred back to you within 7 working days.

Proof of Refund: As soon as the transfer is complete, a digital payment confirmation screenshot will be sent directly to your WhatsApp for your records.
